Corporate Law in Legal Consultancy Practice
Corporate law has significant applications in the legal consultancy practices. Many important concepts within this field of law which are important for the legal practice are often only covered at a basic level and without much practical approach during the legal studies in universities.
The spring school "Unternehmensrecht in der Beratungspraxis" offered by the ILF in collaboration with law firms Ashurst, Debevoise & Plimpton, Dewey & LeBoeuf, Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson, Jones Day, Mannheimer Swartling, Mayer Brown, Shearman & Sterling, SJ Berwin, White & Case und Willkie Farr & Gallagher, as well as JUVE and Lexxion, aims to bridge the gap between theory and practice while providing in-depth coverage of topics relating to legal consultation within the field of corporate law.
