Banking and Capital Markets Law
Banking and capital markets law play an increasingly significant role for businesses and their legal consultants. During the legal studies at the universities, these topics are often taught with a lack of depth and practical experience.
The summer school "Bank- und Kapitalmarktrecht" conducted in the German language offered by the Institute for Law and Finance in cooperation with the law firms Allen & Overy, Baker & McKenzie, Clifford Chance, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Hengeler Mueller, Latham & Watkins, Linklaters und Luther as well as JUVE und Lexxion during the summer of 2013 provides a comprehensive insight into the field of banking and capital markets law as well as all aspects of corporate finance.
Lecturers consist of partners within these law firms. Furthermore, professionals from the BHF-Bank, Commerzbank, Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, FMSA and Lapithus Servicing will be offering their perspectives on various issues.
