Participants
The summer school is aimed at highly qualified young lawyers who have strong financial competence, have a special interest for business law and are about to begin their careers.
Since enrollment is limited to about 40 students, acceptance into the summer school depends on the academic performance of applicants. Decisions regarding applications are made by an admissions committee, which is composed of representatives from the ILF and various law firms.
After submitting all the application and required documents, you will be informed of the decision by the beginning of February 2010. Upon acceptance and after payment of the course fees, you will receive all course materials at least three weeks before the start of the summer school.
Course Fee
Course fee is 250 Euro, which covers participation in the summer school and social events as well as the receipt of course materials. Sales tax is not imposed. Scholarships for the course fee may be given to extremely qualified participants and such decisions are made by the admission committee.
Upon being accepted to the summer school, participants will receive an invoice for the course fee which shall be paid by February 19, 2010. The ILF has to be notified of any cancellation in writing. A fee of 50 Euro will be charged in the case of a cancellation within 4 weeks of the start of the summer school. If a cancellation occurs within two weeks of the start of the summer school, participants will be charged 30% of the course fee. Participants are required to pay the full amount of course fees should there be any cancellation thereafter. The date of cancellation shall be determined by the day the cancellation request is received by the organiser.
Fees paid will be reimbursed in the case that the summer school has to be cancelled due to organisational or any other special or important reason.
