Position:
Mr. Howard is a partner of the international law firm Allen & Overy. He advises in connection with a wide variety of capital markets transactions, including securitisation, structured finance, debt and derivatives transactions, with a particular geographic focus on Germany and Central and Eastern Europe. His transaction experience has encompassed a broad spectrum of issuers and related asset classes, including residential and commercial mortgages, trade receivables, export credit backed loans and auto and consumer loans.
