Vita:
Dr. Angersbach was born in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. He received his education at the Universities of Freiburg, Berlin, Lausanne (Switzerland) and Munich as well as at the University of Chicago (USA). He holds the degrees of Doctor of Laws (Dr. iur.) from the University of Munich and Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Chicago. In his professional live Dr. Angersbach was involved in a number of international landmark transactions in the areas of mergers & acquisitions (public and private), divestitures, corporate restructuring, private equity and venture capital. He is advising executive managers on a variety of issues and has broad experience in practical cross-border negotiations.
