Prof. Dr. Gasteyer has been a partner at the Frankfurt office of Clifford Chance since 1983.
Special interests:
Prof. Dr. Gasteyer specialises in tax law. As a senior partner in the field of mergers and acquisitions, he advises both national and international mandates, especially in the financing of 'enterprise' acquisitions and their structure.
Vita:
In 1979 he became a lawyer in Germany and in 1982 he was admitted to practice in New York. He received the degree Master of Laws from Columbia School of Law in 1981.
