Prof. Dr. Andreas Hackethal (MBA) is Professor at the finance department of Frankfurt University. He teaches classes on value based management, banking strategy and financial systems.
Special interests
His research interests are in financial system design and empirical banking theory.
Vita
Prof. Dr. Hackethal earned his degrees in Frankfurt and Iowa City. Parallel to his academic career, Hackethal worked for a German bank before joining the strategy practise of an international consulting company in 1997. He advised clients from the automotive and from the financial services industry.
