Mr. Kenadjian joined Davis Polk & Wardwell, a global law firm specialized in providing legal services to corporate and financial clients, in 1975 and became a partner in 1984.
Mr. Kenadjian has spent over 20 years in Davis Polk’s European and Asian offices. From 1977 to 1979, he was in the Paris office and opened the Tokyo office in 1987, where he practiced until 1990. He established the Frankfurt office in 1991 and since then is the resident partner and responsible for the firm’s German practice. His practice is devoted primarily to securities transactions for issuers in Asia and Europe, particularly on initial public offerings and privatizations in Germany, Austria, Italy and Switzerland, with a special focus on financial institutions. He represent bidders and targets in cross-border acquisitions throughout Europe, in particular in France, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States. Mr. Kenadjian was admitted as Conseil Juridique in France in 1979 and as gaikokuho-jimu-bengoshi in Japan in 1987. He is a native speaker of English and fluent in German, French and Italian.

Vita:

Patrick Kenadjian graduated from Yale University in 1970 and in 1975 received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. He joined Davis Polk & Wardwell, a global law firm specialized in providing legal services to corporate and financial clients, in 1975 and became a partner in 1984. He established the Frankfurt office in 1991 and since then is the resident partner and responsible for the firm’s German practice.
