Law of Acquisition Finance II (Case Studies)

 

Course Description:

The course is a continuation of the course on Law of Acquisition Finance I. It is designed to give students a thorough understanding of the economic drivers, legal issues and relevant documents of financing transactions. By selected case studies based on recent LBOs the students will be trained for real life situations. Special emphasis will be put on the opposing interests of borrowers and lenders as well as relevant recent developments

Class size is limited to 30 students for this course.

Note:

Pre-requisite is "Law of Project & Acquisition Finance I" in the winter semester
