Dr. Bernd Meyring

Dr. Meyring is a German Rechtsanwalt in Linklaters' Competition/Antitrust Group. He is also admitted to the Brussels bar.


Following studies of Law at the universities of Würzburg, Munich and Berlin (Dr. jur) as well as the College of Europe (LL.M.) and the French École Nationale d'Administration (M.P.A.), Dr Meyring advises major national and international corporates and banks on all areas of EU Competition Law, mainly merger control, joint ventures, cartel investigations, monopolies and state aid. He has previously worked at the Permanent Representation of France to the European Union and tought public law at the University of Strasbourg.
