Philipp von Holst



Philipp von Holst is international counsel at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, resident in the Frankfurt office, and a member of the mergers & acquisitions, finance and private equity practice groups.


Philipp von Holst is a graduate of Ludwig Maximilian Universität München (1989) and the New York University School of Law (LL.M., 1995). He was admitted as Rechtsanwalt in 1992 and is a member of the New York bar since 1996. Philipp von Holst has been active in financing, capital markets and mergers and acquisitions transactions for more than 10 years and has also advised on various public takeovers and delistings.


Philipp von Holst’s publications cover a range of topics relating to M&A, finance and capital markets issues. He is a speaker on corporate law topics in business seminars.
