The ILF together with Hengeler Mueller cordially invites you to a half-day program to discuss new trends, challenges, dilemmas and opportunities during cross-border investigations from a European and U.S. perspective.

The agenda includes two keynote speeches from Prof. Dr. Stephan Harbarth, Vice-President of the German Federal Constitutional Court (Bundesverfassungsgericht) and Presiding Justice of the First Senate, and Loretta E. Lynch, the former United States Attorney General, now a partner in the Paul, Weiss litigation department.
