Dr. Carsten J. Angersbach is partner at the law firm Greenfort with office in Frankfurt am Main. He is qualified both as German Rechtsanwalt at the Court of Appeals and as US attorney-at-law in New York. Since 2004 he is a lecturer at the ILF and teaches effective negotiations.

Vita:
Dr. Angersbach was born in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. He received his education at the Universities of Freiburg, Berlin, Lausanne (Switzerland) and Munich as well as at the University of Chicago Law School (USA). He holds the degrees of Doctor of Laws (Dr. iur.) from the University of Munich and Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Chicago Law School. In his professional live Dr. Angersbach was involved in a number of international transactions in the areas of mergers & acquisitions (public and private), joint ventures, divestitures, corporate restructuring, private equity and venture capital. He is advising executive managers on a variety of issues and has broad experience in practical cross-border negotiations.
