My name is Kajetan Sitko and I am an alumni of the LL.M. Finance Program 2018-19. From 2019, I have worked as a Supervision Analyst in the Supervisory Policies Division (SPO) of the ECB Banking Supervision. 

Since late-2021, I have supported the SPO's crisis management team responsible for developing and improving ECB policies related to crisis management and deposit insurance. My daily tasks have involved participating in drafting panels and technical working groups involved in drafting official ECB documents and preparing senior officials ahead of meetings, conferences and discussion panels. Moreover, I had the opportunity to lead the coordination of the ECB's participation in various European and international regulatory committees and foras such as the Financial Services Committee of the Council of the EU and the EU-US Joint Financial Regulatory Forum. Before joining the crisis management team, I worked on various macroprudential topics and cooperated closely with the European Systemic Risk Board (ESRB). 

After more than five years spent in Frankfurt, I can call it my home. Many people who I have met at the ILF are now my close friends or work colleagues. The atmosphere and opportunities arising in Frankfurt are like nothing else I have experienced. I highly recommend Frankfurt to anyone willing to live in a modern, dynamic, open, friendly metropolis.
