The ILF together with the German American Lawyers' Association (DAJV) hosted the DJAV Working Group Day 2018 on 2 March 2018 at the House of Finance.
Four working groups presented and discussed current topics and cases of transatlantic relevance and covered the following areas of law: Arbitration Litigation Mediation - ALM, Constitution Legislation Public Law - CLPL, Mergers & Acquisitions – M&A and Antitrust, Regulated Industries, Media – ARIM.
The DAJV Working Group Day 2018 was closed in the evening with a reception and a formal dinner. The welcoming remarks were given by Ms. Shen-Dee Kobbelt, Head of Programs and Marketing Institute for Law and Finance, and Dr. Olaf Christiansen, President of the German American Lawyers’ Association.
Dr. Lutz Raettig, Chairman of the Supervisory Board Morgan Stanley, shared in his dinner speech his views about the past, present and future of the national and the international banking system.
