On 22 June 2023, the Institute for Law and Finance together with the international law firm Hogan Lovells and Deutsches Akteninstitut held the "Capital Markets & Takeover Conference“ at Steigenberger Frankfurter Hof hotel. About 180 guests participated in the conference where current topics relating to ECM, DCM und Public M&A transactions were presented and discussed.
