The China Youth University for Political Sciences (CYUPS) in Beijing and the ILF have signed an agreement to explore possible areas of mutual cooperation in the fields of joint research and education such as exchanging students and faculty members and having joint research activities, conference and publications as well as the exchange of academic materials and information etc.
The execution of the agreement was concluded as the result of a visit of a delegation of the ILF to Beijing in November 2014.
At the meeting held on the campus of CYUPS, Prof. Wei Lin, Vice-President of CYUPS, Prof. Yong Wu, Dean of the Law School, Prof. Maofu Zeng, Vice-Director, Office of International Exchange and Junior Prof. Jin Jing warmly welcomed the ILF delegation comprising Dr. Rolf Friedewald, ILF Managing Director. Ms. Shen-Dee Kobbelt, Head of Programs and Marketing and Ms. Chongxiang Chen, Admissions and Marketing Manager. This was followed by a discussion as to how both parties could work closely together to achieve a successful outcome in the future.
After the official meeting between university administrators, the ILF delegation also had the opportunity to meet students from CYUPS who were interested in joining the LL.M. International Finance Program 2015/16 starting in October 2015.
