On May 16, 2013, ILF Research Assistent Dr. Tim Florstedt held his initial lecture (Antrittsvorlesung) on "Die Partnerschaftsgesellschaft mit beschränkter Berufshaftung im Sytem des Zivilrechts" at the Faculty of Law at Goethe-Universität Frankfurt.
After the lecture Dr. Florstedt was awarded the the right to hold lectures in Civil, Corporate, Banking and Capital Markets Law and the title "Private Lecturer" ("Privatdozent") by the Prodekan Professor Dr. Georg Hermes on behalf of the Dean of the Law Faculty.
Dr. Florstedt wrote his habilitation at the ILF on "A theory of subjective rights" under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Dres. h.c. Theodor Baums. We congratulate Dr. Tim Florstedt on his habilitation and wish him all the best for his future academic career.
