The book entitled "Unternehmenstrafsrecht" (Ed. by Lüderssen, Klaus / Kempf, Eberhard / Volk, Klaus) which forms part of the ILF Series has been published by De Gruyter Recht Berlin in August 2012. It compiles the materials which were presented and discussed by prominent speakers at the 4th Symposium on Economy, Criminal Law, Ethics (ECLE) held at the ILF on 18 and 19 November 2011 on the topic.
