On 28 June 2012, the ILF held a conference on the new Schuldverschreibungsgesetz (German Act on Debenture Bonds). Prof. Dr. Dres. h.c. Theodor Baums welcomed speakers who were well-known practitioners from leading law firms and the German Bundesbank, as well as academics who gave spoke on issues and developments relating to the German Act on Debenture Bonds.
A book with the conference materials will be produced at the end of the year.
