On 17 June 2015, the ILF welcomed a delegation from Hanoi Law University (“HLU”), namely Prof. Truong Quang Vinh, Vice-Rector of the HLU, Prof. Le Thi Loi, Management of German Law Centre, Prof. Nguyen Van Tuyen, Dean of Postgraduate, Prof. Nguyen Huu Chi, Dean of Economic Law, Prof. Nguyen Kim Ngan, Associate Dean of International Law, Prof. Nguyen Thanh Son, Deputy Head of Division Department of General Administration, Prof. Dr. Jürgen Simon, Professor of Law at Leuphana University of Lüneburg.
The ILF representatives comprising Dr. Rolf Friedewald, ILF Managing Director, Ms. Shen-Dee Kobbelt, Head of Programs and Marketing, Ms. Chongxiang Chen, Admissions and Marketing Manager and Prof. Dr. Hanns-Christian Salger, ILF Lecturer and Honorary Professor at Goethe University Frankfurt held a meeting in the House of Finance. Dr. Friedewald welcomed the delegation and introduced the ILF and its LL.M. International Finance program. Prof. Truong Quang Vinh and Prof. Le Thi Loi introduced HLU and Prof. Dr. Simon spoke shortly about the activities of the German Law Centre at HLU.
Before the lunch break, Ms. Kobbelt gave the delegation a short tour of the House of Finance to show the facilities of the ILF. After lunch, the meeting continued with regards to specific details of the Memorandum of Understanding which was eventually signed that afternoon by both parties regarding their future academic cooperation.
