IX. Economy, Criminal Law and Ethics (ECLE) Symposion on 23 and 24 Nov 2018: "Das Wirtschaftsstrafverfahren – zwischen Ökonomie, Ethik und Prozessmaximen"

On 23 and 24 November 2018, the Institute for Law and Finance in cooperation with the Institut für das Gesamte Wirtschaftsstrafrecht (IGW) and the law firm Kanzlei Kempf Schilling held the IX. Economy, Criminal Law and Ethics (ECLE) Symposion on the topic "Das Wirtschaftsstrafverfahren – zwischen Ökonomie, Ethik und Prozessmaximen".

About 100 participants took part in the two-day symposion and listened to prominent speakers such as Prof. Dr. Heiner Flassbeck, former Chief of Macroeconomics and Development of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development and former Secretary of State of the German Federal Ministry of Finance, Prof. Dr. Bertram Schmitt, Judge of the International Criminal Court in The Hague and Dr. Carsten Paul, Judge of the Federal Court of Justice.
