An ILF delegation went on its annual visit to Chinese universities from 13 to 28 November 2017. The representatatives visited a total of 15 universities in Shanghai, Chengdu and Beijing in China, in order to present the Master of Laws in International Banking, Securities and Finance (“LL.M. International Finance”) for Asian graduates to the university faculties and to interested students.
Dr. Rolf Friedewald, Managing Director of the ILF, led the ILF delegation and he was accompanied by Ms. Xiaojing (Cindy) Zhang, Admissions and Marketig Manager. In Beijing, they were then joined by Ms. Shen-Dee Kobbelt, Head of Programs and Marketing. At many of the universities, Dr. Friedewald also gave a presentation on the lastest developments of "Artifical Intelligence (AI) and Law" to a big audience consisting of many interested scholars.
At the following universities, the ILF delegation met up with the respective Deans, Vice-Deans, International Program Directors and distinguished Law and Finance Professors as well as the numerous students who were interested in law and finance and in the postgraduate, one-year Master of Laws program for lawyers, business graduates and economists offered exclusively in the English language by the ILF in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

The ILF focuses on maintaining a strong cooperative relationship with the Chinese universities and this has been enhanced by the annual visits of its delegation to the unversities since 2013. This time round, they were once again warmly welcomed by their Chinese colleagues aas well as the Chinese students. We hope to encourage even more students from these top Chinese universities to study at the ILF!
