In co-operation with the Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and the Center for Financial Studies, the Institute for Law and Finance invites you to join our 6th Digital Financial Services Forum. This year's topic is "Open Finance in Europe".
This years’ forum will focus on the proposed FIDA framework, which is currently in trilogue negotiations. Is there a demand for the open finance regime proposed by FIDA, what new business models would it enable, and is now the right time for additional regulation for the financial sector?
