Virtual Wine-Tasting with ILF Students and Staff on 7 May 2021

A Virtual Wine-Tasting evening with the Winery Jakob Jung was held on Friday, 7 May 2021, for all our ILF students. Cooperation Agreements signed with Shanghai University of International Business and Economics School of Law and Zhejiang University Guanghua Law School

We are happy to note that the Institute for Law and Finance has signed cooperation agreements with the law schools of 2 Chinese universities, namely Shanghai University of International Business and Economics School of Law and Zhejiang University Guanghua Law School with regard to allowing eligible top graduates as well as Master and Ph.D students of the two Chinese law schools to apply and participate in its one-year LL.M. Hybrid Summer Semester 2021 started on 12 April 2021 - Successful First Week of In-Person and Online Classes!

We are extremely happy to welcome our LL.M. Finance and LL.M. International Finance students back to classes after a 5-week break. The ILF Summer Semester started on Monday, 12 April 2021 on a hybrid basis, with 60% of the courses being held on Campus Westend of Goethe University in the lecture rooms located in the House of Finance or the Auditorium Complex. ILF Classes Started Online on 11 January 2021

We welcomed our students back on 11 January 2021 who have returned from their 3 weeks' Christmas break to start their classes at the ILF. On 18 December 2020, we concluded the year's lectures (in-person and online) at the ILF as the year 2020 draws to a close. 2020 was an extremely challenging year for all of us and it demanded much of our patience, creativity, flexibility, determination and optimism. ILF Students' End-of-Year Social Event and Christmas Party on 11 December 2020

On the evening of Friday, 11 December 2020, ILF students of the LL.M. Finance and LL.M. International Finance programs took part in a virtual End-of-Year Social Event and Christmas Party. After the welcoming addresses, our students were divided into 8 groups and placed into different Virtual Escape Rooms with room themes such as Wizard, Murder, Zombie, Prison, Bomb, Madness, Japan and Aztec.
