The policies of small and medium-sized enterprise development 《中小企业发展政策》
Prof. Guo Yuejin, Professor at Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, Director of Science and Technology Department Hubei Province, Vice-Chairman of People's Political Consultative Committee of Hubei Province, member of Chinese People’s Political Consultative Committee, is going to hold a lecture about the policies of small and medium-sized enterprise development, covering topics such as the guiding function of governmental policies on enterprise technology innovation, the ability and model of enterprise in absorbing scientific and technological achievements and intellectual property protection for enterprise technology innovation.
郭跃进，中南财经政法大学教授、湖北省科技厅厅长、湖北省政协十一届委员会副主席、十一届全国政协委员。讲座以《中小企业发展政策》为题，涵盖诸如政府对企业科技创新的指导作用、企业在吸纳创新成果时的责任、企业科技创新中的知识产权保护等内容。
